Womic Steel manufactures UNS S32750 stainless steel pipes strictly in accordance with the ASTM A789 standard, which covers seamless and welded ferritic/austenitic stainless steel tubing for general corrosion-resisting and high-temperature services.

- Grade: UNS S32750 (commonly known as Super Duplex 2507)

Heat Treatment Process

Womic Steel performs solution annealing on all UNS S32750 stainless steel pipes:

- Heat Treatment Range: 1025°C – 1125°C
- Followed by rapid water quenching to ensure optimum corrosion resistance and ferrite-austenite balance.

Manufacturing Process and Inspection

Our advanced production process includes:

- Hot extrusion or cold drawing for seamless pipes
- TIG or laser welding for welded pipes
- In-line eddy current and ultrasonic inspection
- 100% PMI (Positive Material Identification)
- Hydrostatic testing at 1.5x design pressure
- Visual and dimensional inspection, intergranular corrosion testing, flattening and flaring tests
