These tubes are manufactured using Seamless or Electric Resistance Welding (ERW) and undergo subsequent cold drawing and sizing, ensuring consistent inner and outer diameters, which is crucial for hydraulic cylinder assembly.
Delivery Conditions for EN 10305 steel tubes.
The tubes shall be manufactured from hot finished seamless tubes by cold drawing or other suitable processes. The tubes shall be supplied in one of the delivery conditions as follows:
