All incoming raw materials are subjected to PMI testing and heat traceability is ensured throughout production.

Production Process & Heat Treatment

Forging – Raw bar or billet forged into shape with hydraulic press
2. Heat Treatment – Normalizing or solution annealing per material spec
3. Machining – CNC lathes ensure flatness, tolerance, and sealing face finish (RF, RTJ, FF, MF, TG)
4. Drilling – Bolt hole circle per standard or client spec
5. Marking – Laser or cold-stamped with grade, size, heat number, standard, and logo
6. Pickling & Passivation – Ensures corrosion resistance and clean finish

Optional special processes: HVOF surface coating, cryogenic testing, or overlay welding available upon request.We pay special attention to sealing face roughness (typically 3.2–6.3 μm Ra) to ensure optimal gasket performance.

Testing & Quality Control

All flanges undergo full inspection with individual test plans (ITPs). Key tests include:

- Visual & Dimensional Inspection (100%)
- Hydrostatic Testing (for assemblies)
- PMI (Positive Material Identification)
